- The World Vision Global 6K for Water is open to anyone. Runner's Kits can only be delivered to addresses within Malaysia. Participants residing overseas will need to make alternative collection or delivery arrangements.
- Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when completing their activity.
- Once the registration form has been successfully processed, it is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-DEFERRABLE.
- Completion and submission of the registration form and contribution of the registration fee constitutes the participant’s agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions of the World Vision Global 6K for Water.
- World Vision Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”) reserves the right to close registrations before the deadline without prior notice should the participant quota be reached or for any other operational reasons. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, shorten, extend, or otherwise amend the Run, including the Run period. No refunds will be issued if the Run is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, government directives, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
- Once a Runner's Kit has been shipped, the Organiser will not arrange additional deliveries for any subsequently announced gifts or event materials. Participants will not be entitled to a second or replacement delivery of their Runner's Kit unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.
- The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of Runner’s Kits caused by third-party courier or delivery providers.
- Changing of T-shirt sizes will not be permitted after the registration form has been submitted.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their activities are accurately recorded and submitted through their Online Runner’s Profile during the Run period. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any activity submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or does not meet the event requirements.
- For participants taking part in fundraising activities, all fundraising amounts are subject to verification by the Organiser. The Organiser's decision regarding fundraising totals, rankings, prize eligibility, and award recipients shall be final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, or otherwise utilise any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other recorded form of the Run for promotional, publicity, marketing, fundraising, reporting, or other legitimate purposes without further notice or compensation.
- Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the World Vision Global 6K for Water and are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and mentally capable of completing their chosen activity.
- Participants acknowledge and accept that participation in the World Vision Global 6K for Water involved inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Vision Malaysia Berhad and its board members, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, illness, accident, or death arising from or in connection with participation in the Run.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated through official channels and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
